This course will bridge the gap between your current license requirements and New Jersey’s standards, allowing you to seamlessly qualify for a New Jersey salesperson’s license.

  • Comprehensive Overview: Gain up-to-date knowledge on the NJ Real Estate Commission’s rules and regulations, plus insights into how the brokerage business operates in New Jersey.
  • Complete Package: This course serves as a full package to meet the pre-license education requirements for New Jersey if your current state requires fewer hours.
  • Certificate of Completion: While this course does not offer Continuing Education credit, it provides a “Certificate of Completion” that qualifies you to take the New Jersey Salesperson Exam.
Additional Details:
  • For NJ Salespersons & Brokers: Use this course as a refresher to fulfill your Continuing Education requirements (excluding the 2-hour Ethics component).
  • Special Note for NY Licensees: If you were licensed before July 1, 2008, and only completed 45 hours, you need an additional 30 hours of pre-licensing courses to meet NJ’s 75-hour requirement.
