New Jersey + Pennsylvania
Our New Jersey course provides 75 hours of prelicensing education. Pennsylvania’s examination instructions accept completion documentation from an approved out-of-state real estate school, subject to its eligibility review. Each state has its own exam, application, sponsoring broker, and other licensing requirements.
Add New York for $25
NJREI arranges prepaid enrollment in 360training’s New York Implicit Bias Awareness course: two hours, New York approval M16788. Enrollment is assigned to the student; it is not a voucher code. Complete the supplement and retain the completion certificate.
Your New York education waiver matters
New York must approve your out-of-state education individually. The 75-hour credit plus a NY-approved two-hour fair housing and/or implicit bias course follows the pathway described in the Department of State waiver letter. Your own waiver and its conditions control your eligibility. The package covers education, not exam fees, applications, or a guarantee of licensure.
