Dr. Michael Fourte, JD, MBA, Director & Instructor of the New Jersey Real Estate Institute is a Managing Member of Fourte International Real Estate. Michael has been teaching real estate since 2006. He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a B.S. in Computer Science, a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Business. He is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey and holds broker’s licenses in both states. Dr. Fourte is also a senior military officer in the United States Navy Reserve where he commands an active reserve unit that augments the United States Pacific Fleet in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Dr. Fourte has been a lecturer and college professor at various educational institutions in New York and New Jersey including the U.S. Naval Academy, Fordham University, State University of New York, and Bloomfield College. Dr. Fourte has been quoted in various publications including the Motley Fool and MSN Money.

Ms. Sherita Delgado is a Real Estate Broker in NY and NJ. She has been in the industry as a licensed professional for 16 years. She started her career at a boutique real estate office in Brooklyn which focused on traditional sales and rentals throughout the boroughs of New York City. She later played an intricate role in the company’s expansion to become a multi-city franchise with over 50 locations, including 3 franchises that she brokered/co-owned in Brooklyn and Queens.  
 
After over a decade in the industry, Ms. Delgado sold her last remaining office and began looking for new opportunities within the field, which eventually led her to a company whose primary focus was Short Sales. Although she was initially introduced to this niche market during the 2008 recession, it wasn't until 2018 that she totally immersed herself into all aspects of the short sale industry and has been assisting distressed homeowners ever since.
 
Additionally, Ms. Delgado's experience led to her becoming a Certified Instructor through the NY Department of State where she teaches Short Sale classes to real estate agents for Continuing Education credit.
 
Ms. Delgado’s long-term mission is to use her specialized knowledge to create opportunities for homeowners to obtain properties with built-in equity in order to solidify their foundation of financial security.

​Robert Canfield is a distinguished Realtor at Weichert, Realtors, celebrated for his dynamic and comprehensive expertise in the real estate industry. Since obtaining his real estate license in October 2018, he has dedicated himself to serving clients in Monmouth and Ocean counties with unparalleled commitment. His extensive experience in real estate makes him a vital resource for those looking to buy, sell, or refinance their homes.
In May 2024, Robert obtained his Real Estate Instructor license, marking a new chapter in his career as he now focuses on teaching Real Estate pre-licensing. His deep understanding of the industry and his passion for education make him an exceptional instructor, guiding aspiring real estate professionals toward success.
In addition to his real estate expertise, Robert has been a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator since 2022. This role has equipped him with in-depth knowledge of the financial aspects of home-buying, enabling him to provide tailored mortgage solutions to meet the unique needs of his clients. His qualifications as a Title Agent since 2019 and a Notary Signing Agent since 2017 further enhance his ability to guide clients through the intricacies of real estate transactions from beginning to end.
December 2023 marked a significant milestone in Robert's career as he achieved four prestigious designations: Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and Home Finance Resource (HFR). Each designation was meticulously pursued to broaden his expertise and service offerings.
Robert's role as an ordained minister since 2013 reflects his deep commitment to community and empathy, qualities that he brings to all facets of his life, including his professional interactions with clients. His approach is rooted in building strong relationships and maintaining transparent communication, making him a trusted and reliable partner in the real estate world.
