Our Salesperson Course is designed to kickstart your career in Real Estate with a comprehensive 75-hour program of instruction, fully licensed by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission. Our program is taught in 10 classes. Our course is meticulously crafted to prepare you to pass the state exam on your FIRST TRY and is recommended for prospective Real Estate Salespersons who desire either a full-time or part-time career. It is also recommended for anyone who plans to buy, sell, or lease real estate. Courses are taught by actively practicing brokers and attorneys in an engaging, immersive environment. After each lecture, you'll complete online homework using a laptop or mobile device.

  • Two-Week Program: Our fastest path to licensure. Ideal for those who can commit to an intensive schedule. Be prepared for 8 hours of lecture and homework each day, Monday to Friday, with weekend homework between weeks 1 and 2.
  • Five-Week Program: Perfect for working professionals. Classes meet on Tuesday and Thursday evenings (Monday and Wednesday for Spanish speakers).
  • Ten-Week Program: Designed for busy individuals. Choose between 10 consecutive Saturdays or Monday evenings. A great option for those balancing multiple commitments.
