​Once signed up, you can complete the course online at your own pace from home before April 30, 2027.
Registering for the complete 12-hour CE package will satisfy the New Jersey Real Estate Commission’s continuing education requirement for the current 2025–2027 license term, provided all required courses are successfully completed.
  • In order to qualify for license renewal, every individual renewing their license as a broker of record, broker-salesperson, or salesperson must satisfy the applicable continuing education requirements.
  • N.J.A.C. 11:5-12.4 requires licensees to complete 12 hours of approved continuing education during each applicable license term. To avoid the additional $200 CE processing fee, the required CE must be completed by April 30, 2027.
  • Our 12-hour CE package includes the required topics through the following courses:
    • 1 Hour – Fair Housing and New Jersey Law Against Discrimination
    • 3 Hours – Everyday Ethics in Real Estate
    • 2 Hours – Land Development: Finding, Funding, & Finishing
    • 6 Hours - Buyer Representation in Real Estate
Complete all 12 hours by April 30, 2027, to meet the CE requirement for the current license term and avoid the $200 additional CE processing fee.
Please note: CE credits do not roll over to the next license term. Licensees must complete the required CE for each applicable renewal cycle.
