Once signed up, you complete the course on at your own pace online at your home before March 31st, 2025.  ​Registering for both courses will satisfy everything you need until 2027.

  • In order to qualify for license renewal or reinstatement, every individual renewing their license as a broker of record, broker-salesperson or salesperson must satisfy CE requirements.
  • N.J.A.C. 11:5-12.4 requires all Salespersons and Brokers to complete 12 hours of CE before June 30th, of every odd year.  Complete before April 30th, 2025 to avoid a $200 penalty levied by the NJ Real Estate Commission
  •  At least six of the twelve credits must be obtained in courses within the “core topics”. The six shall include at least 2 credit hours on ethics and at least 1 credit on Fair Housing & New Jersey Law Against Discrimination. The "combo" package below satisfies all requirements.​
