In addition, many states now included a course in ethics as requirement for initial licensure as well as part of the curriculum for continuing education courses required for license renewal. This course will give you a better understanding of ethical business practices within real estate. 
This asynchronous CE course is divided into 5 units. You will read units 1 - 5, take unit quizzes, view the interactive videos, respond to case studies, and ultimately take your final exam.
